Hazard Communication/Right to Know; 29CFR 1910.1200(h)
Training for employees on hazardous chemicals in their work area. Information and training is designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) and specific chemicals in their workplace. Course covers:

Associated rules and regulations
Any workplace associated chemical hazards
Location and availability of the written hazard plan
Methods and observations regarding recognition of a release of a hazardous material to include continuous monitoring, visual appearance or odors associated with a release.
Physical and health hazards of chemicals in the workplace.
Listing of engineered and administrative controls designed to protect employees from exposure to any hazardous materials.
Details of the hazard communication program developed by their employer to include labeling systems and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), their use and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information.


Lock-out / Tag-out; 29 CFR 1910.147

Blood Borne Pathogens; 29 CFR 1910.1030
Instruction on limiting occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials since any exposure could result in transmission of blood-borne pathogens which could lead to disease or death. Topics discussed:

Confined Space Entry and Work Procedures; 29 CFR 1910.146
A confined space has limited or restricted means for entry or exit, and it is not designed for continuous employee occupancy. Confined spaces include, but are not limited to underground vaults, tanks, storage bins, manholes, pits, silos, process vessels, and pipelines. This course defines further confined spaces, needs for signage and proper adherence to OSHA approved company confined space programs and procedures.  Training of Entrants, Attendants and Supervisors are performed in concert for the purpose of team building. Course Includes:

Authorized Entrants
    Hazard Awareness
    Proper use of entry equipment and Personal Protective Equipment
    Communication
    Warning signs or symptoms
    Detection of a prohibited condition
    Needs and triggers for immediate exit from the space

Attendants
    Maintenance of an accurate count of all entrants
    Protocols regarding relief of duty
    Space monitoring and data interpretation
    Rescue needs and limitations

Confined Space Rescue Operations; 29 CFR 1910.146; NFPA 1670
This core skills course is specifically designed for industrial and municipal rescuers. With a focus on fundamental skills in confined space, high angle rope rescue as well as rescue from fall protection. Prerequisites would include successful completion of Confined Space Entry and Work Procedures Awareness and proper training of Respiratory Protection as defined in 29 CFR 1910.134. It is recommended that students train with equipment they are expected to use. Equipment suggestions and specifications are available for employers prior to this training.

Confined Space Rescue Technician; 29 CFR 1910.146; NFPA 1670
This course builds on the rescuer’s skills learned in Confined Space Rescue Operations. The addition of more complex confined space scenarios and more complex elevated and IDLH specific tactics. Prerequisites are successful completion of our Operations level course including its associated prerequisites and our Ropes and Knots course.

Rescue Ropes and Knots
This course is designed to introduce the participant to the basics of ropes and knots specifically for rescue work. This section can be added to the Confined Space Rescue Operations course.
